Special Orders 

Special orders refer to merchandise that is not in stock at any of our locations and is ordered specifically for you. Special orders may be cancelled within 72 hours providing the item has not shipped and is not in production. After that time, there are no cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges. Special orders require a non-refundable 50% at the time of the purchase. Perlora will notify the customer when the merchandise arrives. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pick-up of the merchandise. Merchandise stored by Perlora for more than 30 days must be paid in full and could be subject to storage fees. Clerical or special order pricing errors are subject to correction or cancellation by Perlora. 

Special orders are final sale purchases and cancellations are not possible unless the manufacturer can no longer provide the merchandise ordered or the merchandise arrives at Perlora damaged or incorrect and cannot be repaired, corrected or replaced within a reasonable time frame. Cancellations that fall outside these parameters will result in the forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit. 

Estimated lead times are based on the Manufacturer’s recommendations, order requirements & past history. Perlora cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control including but not limited to: product material delays, vendor production schedules, labor, customs or transportation difficulties, minimum freight requirements, 3rd party shipping, travel time and/or weather-related delays.

In-stock Merchandise 

ln stock purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase, with the arrangement for pick-up or delivery within 30 days. (See Fees). Merchandise sold “AS lS”, closeouts, floor models or clearance constitute a Final Sale. No warranties are applicable. All bedding (mattresses, toppers, bed pillows, bed linens) purchases are non-refundable. ln stock merchandise is merchandise physically present at Perlora and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Regular merchandise may be returned within 3 days.


Each vendor offers a warranty on their products.  Our Design team can provide this information upon request. Floor samples and closeouts are not warrantied. In addition, we offer a 5-year furniture protection plan for your furniture.

Our delivery team are experienced professionals to ensure that your furnishings are installed to your satisfaction.


Customer is responsible for verifying that all of the contact information on this invoice is correct. The customer is responsible to insure that furniture purchased will fit through doorways, in elevators or through sanitary passages to theroom of choice. The room must be clear and the area where the furniture will be placed must be accessible before the delivery team arrives. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. The Perlora delivery team is not permitted to move or discard of existing furniture, hang pictures or mirrors, or install TV or stereo parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise carefully upon delivery. A signature on the delivery slip by customer or delivery agent indicates that the merchandise is acceptable. A redelivery charge will apply if the customer is not at home or cannot accept the delivery for anyreason after delivery confirmation has been made.


lt is the customer’s responsibility to bring appropriate packaging materials and manpower with them to pick up their merchandise. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise prior to loading in the vehicle. Perlora is notresponsible for any damage that may occur to the merchandise, vehicle, person(s) or property during loading/unloading or in transit.


Merchandise stored at Perlora for more than 30 days from the purchase or merchandise arrival (without prior arrangement) will be subject to a monthly storage fee of 25% of the purchase price. Providing all other terms are acceptable for return, all merchandise that has been opened, assembled, and/or deluxed for a customer will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. If the merchandise was delivered by Perlora, the customer will forfeit original delivery fee and will be charged a pickup fee equal to the normal delivery fee. A $50 fee will be charged for any check returned for insufficient funds or stop payment. Merchandise that has been special ordered is non-cancelable.
