Inspired by the tranquility of the nearby Allegheny River, we provided this newly constructed home with a calming, cohesive atmosphere. Key to our design are the natural textures and tones that flow across each of home’s three expansive floors.

The first floor offers a generous entertaining space, while the second-floor bedrooms offer a retreat with the choice of river views or quiet seclusion.  The third-floor guest retreat has windows that look out onto the river, a second kitchen and a large deck.
